Thanks. Been keeping real busy but this week at work is a bit light. My Client is out on holiday so I am able to breathe and do longer workouts at lunch :D

Good to hear. Speaking of working out, thank you so much for your running advice. I have dropped some pounds and I am up to 1.25 miles three times a week.

I did a little of the former on Saturday once the card was over at Laurel. Not smart betting, but hey, I won two straight TB races that way at a price. Bombs away!
