Toast, my team. Run the ball against the Colts every play, every down. A 10th Grade Varsity Squad could beat our defense.

2007 is another year.

I say AGAIN - Head Coach Dungy seems like a real great human being, but I want a man as Head Coach who shows some damn emotion and gets pissed off. Also, one who can get some damn defensive personnel.

I'm a Titans fan and while I enjoy watching the Colts choke every year, I realize they have a horrible coach.

Tough beat.

it takes some personel to play run defense. i don't think the colts have the people to stop the run, part of that reson is they spent all the money on the offense.
i don't think dungy calls the D anymore i think he has a DC.

san diego and baltimore look to have a firm hold on the afc. I said this a couple weeks back, these are the 2 we have to beat. baltimore took us today in our backyard and next weekend sure doesnt get any easier having to fly to the left coast. its win or go home for us.

The Bengals are playing as well as any team in the NFL right now and could be this years version of the Steelers of last year.
I dunno what happened, or what lewis did to turn them around, but they are on one hell of a roll now and I expect them to be very tough against the Colts.

Titan fan pillow pants?

Jeff Fischer may be the wisest coach in the NFL. He has somehow figured out exactly how to use Vince Young. He has basically said fck the stats, lets win some games. And thats what they do. They have hung in games they have no business being in and then won an extraordinary amount of them.

I cant figure how this team is staying in so many games so that they have a chance to win. A mystery. But he is using Young exactly how he needs to be used. No panic, no trying to make up deficits quickly. Patience and let Vince use the magic in the 4th. What a run today by Young.

the bengals will beat the colts like ragdolls. before getting carried away though, they beat up on the raiders today, the league's worst team, and that isnt debatable. but yes, they have a big run left in them. i dont think they will beat baltimore or san diego on the road when it matters.

That kid has a real sack Pgard.
Hes got the stuff you can't provide stats for that all the good leaders have.
he has no fear, and he has confidence in himself, and I think more than Fischer its a case of his teammates now believing in Young and saying if we play hard this guy can take us there.
Thats what its always all about with the Qb.
JP Losman was thrown into an impossible situation in his first and 2nd years. Thrown into a no win situation and he took the brunt of fans and media calling him a bust, kinda like Drew Brees a few years back.
As i drove through Buffalo last month, after the Packer win, the media was still killing him on Monday morning saying he had to go at the end of the year.
Look at him now! After that Packer win came a one point loss to the Colts in Indy, and then three wins and a very good loss to the Chargers. Now another great win.
The team finally believes in him and hes on his way.
Young proved to these guys that he can do the job, and now they believe and wanna play hard for him.

Young still has a long way to go, but he is clearly one of the coolest customers I have seen. He feels no pressure and no need to press. He may not have done great on some silly NFL intelligence test, but they left out the questions concerning panic. If his passing becomes more accurate... looks like the steal of the draft right now.

It's true they beat the Raiders, but look who else they beat in this recent 4 game winning streak, the Saints at the Super Dome, that win is looking more impressive, they also beat the Ravens in this 4 game winning streak. They would have beaten the Ravens at home if it wouldn't have been for 2 fluke plays putting them down 14 to zip in the first 2 minutes of the game and they still had a shot to win that game in the 4th qtr. The reason they are playing better is the Offensive Line, that was a freaking clinic they put on yesterday, I have never seen so many pancakes and shield blocks in my life. This kid Whitworth from LSU is a monster and can absolutely fly. Also, Sam Adams is getting healthy and plugging up the middle and letting other guys fly to the ball. And the last reason is Carson Palmer, he's finally getting over his injury and playing like a star. If I was Marvin Lewis, Rudi Johnson would run 40 times next week against the Colts.

EpBurns 12-11-2006 01:59 PM

The Ravens will be waiting for the Bengals in B-more if they make it that far.

uscrules 12-11-2006 03:07 PM

If this game were to happen, it would be a dandy. thats a big if, lots of football to play yet. we still have an outside shot of getting in, and so too does denver and Jets.
