Shocking answer from Kiaran McLaughlin

This is from his chat transcript on bloodhorse.

Saratoga Springs, NY
You've been a member of the NY Racing fraternity for several years. As the NYRA franchise goes out to bid, what one recommendation would you have for the new franchise holder even if it turns out to be the current NYRA group?

McLaughlin
Getting Polytrack is an absolute MUST.

I just read that too. Don't see it happening in NY unless somebody can make a dollar doing it. My feeling is Belmont will never change, but they should use poly at Aqueduct.

I agree 100%. Leave Saratoga and Belmont alone. Aqueduct should go to PolyTrack.
