I don't know about that. Is the horse you are involved with going? I see she is nominated.

Pointg5 06-14-2006 09:49 AM

Has Pleasant Home started this year, or have they retired her?

oracle80 06-14-2006 09:52 AM

I havent seen Pleasant Home and therefor assume shes been retired.
Oh and Exceller WLA is going at Delaware this Saturday in a 175 K race that serves as a prep for the Delaware OAks. The pp's are already up on drf.com She had a great work yesterday at Aqu going 5f in 59:1, a full second quicker than the next fastest move at that distance.

Good luck. WLA was also nominated for the Phipps which would have been a stretch for a 3yr old.

Stretch would be the understatement of the year. As mediocre as the 3Yo fillies are is as good as the older ones are. No 3Yo filly alive is gonna get near oonagh mccool. Oonagh's gulf race was incredible, at Cd she just aired, She can rate or go to the lead and she finishes like a train. And she appears to be getting better, shes scary good.

Pleasant Home was retired in November.

She's scary good indeed. I bet she becomes as good as Ashado or Azeri!

I still like Fleet Indian better but Pletcher has both of them so I doubt both go in the race.

Last I read Oonagh is going to the Fleur de Lis against Happy Ticket, per the Daily Racing Form on Monday

Looks like a great day of racing at Churchill on Saturday

I read that too. I like Fleet Indian here. Very fast filly.

I think a filly who is flying way under the radar for this race with all the Pletcher filly's talk is nothing but fun

She hasnt done anything wrong, was rushed into the distaff and still ran ok. But she came back nice and the distance may not be her thing but I think she has a good shot. Mig undefeated on her too.

I wonder if Pletcher puts his fillies up against each other. Should be a great race.

so now that Oonagh is in the flor de le, who do you all like here ??

Nothing But Fun to get the classic combo of Schwartz, Hushion, and Mig and grade one. Hushion's first.
