Aqueduct 5th race

In the 5th race today at Aqueduct an overlay and betting opportnuity may be found in Bad Boy Rising.
He was 2nd to the very good Imanumbersguy two races back in a NY bred stakes race, and then ran last in his last effort, also a stakes race.
After his last race it was determined that he was suffering from a lung infection, so that race can be deemed a complete and total tossout. Horses who run with lung infections(which ususally aren't spotted until after a race is over with) have no air, and usually stop badly just like BBR did.
Hes worked extremely well since then, and his running style of a closing sprinter should work out well in a race where the 2,3,4,5,7 could all be classified as speed or pressing speed.
Get some!!!!

I noticed he was running today too. thanks for the info, I was interested in placing a bet on him anyway, now there's even more incentive!!

The best info at the track I've ever found regards legitimate non published excuses for poor performances.
If you can cross out a race, and the horses prior form makes him competitive with what he or she is facing, you often get an overlay.
Good luck, I'm going in myself.

In the 5th race today there is a lock, and it isn't that goat Bad Boy Rising, rather the ultra impressive Phone Home. Phone Home beat another ultra impressive firster in what might be the strongest NY Bred Maiden race run at the NY tracks in some time. Phone Home, don't say you weren't warned.

Gee troll, thanks for the push on the chalk, I'm sure everyone will be running like hell to play that one.
For the record his debut was nice, but he beat the gate and speed popped a LESS THAN AVERAGE field on a day when inside speed was tough to beat.
Do you make up race facts as you go along?
No wonder the folks at TTimes didn't leave you a forwarding address when it was shut down. They most likely did that on purpose so you couldn't find them.

9-1

Count me in....
Obviously, won't last at these odds but definitely an overlay regardless of outcome....

Maybe Bad Boy Rising Still has a lung infection, or, maybe you have a lung infection. That is the only possible way you could think that goat had a chance to get near Phone Home. Maybe you need some new numbers and a 12 year old girl to explain them to you.

It's so cute how insecure you are that you feel the need to bad mouth people, why don't you grow up, and by the way, while your at it, why don't you buy a new suit. That was the second winner to come out of that race on 11/11, and tomorrow, there will most likely be another one.

Whats really cute is a loser like you getting hot and bothered on touting an even money shot.
I'm sure we are all very impressed.
Give out a few big scores on here, or at least take something higher than 1-1. Oh yeah, and then go home and get your ****ing shinebox.

Yeah, I know the type.
The kind who can't wait for mommy and daddy to go out of town so they can have a girl over, at like the age of 30.
Tomorrow he's gonna thrill us with the exciting answer to which one of the other horses exiting the race will win!!! I'm on the edge of my seat!!! Will it be Lerman's horse? Or will it be barbara's horse?!!!
We are all waiting with baited breath to find out the answer to this cliffhanger!!!!

Go buy a new suit, you are the lame looking one strolling around the spa always in the same outfit, go tell your own mommy to take you over to K-mart and get another outfit.

WHY DON'T YOU GO TO THE DOCTOR AND GET SOME MEDICINE TO CURE THAT LUNG INFECTION.

Spoken like a true genius.
You really should look into therapy.

It'll be Lerman's horse. Price is more than fair at 5-1 ML.

Aqu 6th-
I think they're really missing the boat in this race. 2/5 is an absurd price on a horse that had every right to win last out clearing early on a day when speed was good, and was passed by a 25-1 shot that hadn't showed a whole lot of talent to that point.

Meanwhile you have a horse that ran against the strong inside bias in his first career start sitting at 6-1 whose figure was only a couple lengths slower than the 2/5. A no brainer selection.

blackthroatedwind 11-30-2006 02:03 PM

I'm not saying that horse would have won but enough with Chantal.

Haven't seen the race yet but I'll bet $5 she got left in the gate again. And of course, they run 1-2-3 around the track, even though closers did well today.
