The Skins Game
 

I don't know if any of you watched The Skins Game today. I didn't watch any of it but I did see highlights on the news. Where did they come up with this field? This has to be one of the least interesting Skins Games of all time. The contestants were Stephen Aames, Fred Couples, Fred Funk and Jon Daly. I'm a big golf fan, but I would not have much interest in watching this. It may be time to pull the plug on this event. I don't think the big-name players have any interest in playing in this event any more.

Richi...caught a few holes of action when it was on at work on Saturday, but for the most part, I haven't watched a full Skins Game in years. As far as the field goes, Funk is in as defending champ, Couples has won it many times in the past and is still a good draw. Daly is Daly and will always attract fans. As far as Ames goes...not sure where they came up with that selection.

I follow very little golf this time of the year other than the early stages of Q-School.

I wonder how much Couples has won in this type of event.Whether it be that 1 day par 3 thing in Michigan,or the Skins Game etc.This guy must have made 10 mil with this.I know that seems way too high,but he cleans up in this stuff.
