Wonder why Carminooch is the favorite. :D
Paddock is packed. James Gandolfini and most of the other gang there.

Hopefully they remembered to bet place.

I wonder if they try to get all funny with Pletcher and have Steve Van Zant approach him 'in character'. LOL

Sightseek 11-18-2006 02:56 PM

Ha, they are showing the whole gang in the Winner's Circle for photos.

"Winning Move Stable" is owned in part by Jamie Lyn Siegler who plays Tony's daughter on Sopranos.

I didn't realize she owned too until someone posted a "sorprano's exacta". Does she own many?

They have about 40 horses. I have heard that their growth was part of the reason for the Contessa/Moss split. They deal in similar types of horses as Maggi Moss.

When Winning Move Stable started out I think
Scott Lake was their trainer and then they
dissovled their partnership because Lake wasn't
always present in NY because he stables at other
tracks

Thanks, I didn't realize they owned as well. Celebrity owners do bring free press to the sport so it can be a good thing, plus it is one of the few shows I actually watch on television...even if I have to get a life because of it.
