i just read about this a few minutes ago, after almost spewing a mouthful of coffee onto my keyboard when i saw the headline.
of course it's been pawned off onto a volunteer as being the one who made the effort. and of course it could be the case, a young staffer trying to make points.
but still delightfully amusing.
