Oh, blech! Blech! Blech!

Does anyone know the rules for buses dumping waste? Are they allowed to do it while in motion? Yick.

Rules?
Planes do it, trains do it.
Horses too.
Heck, I even had someone ask me to pull to the shoulder of the NYS Thruway so she could do it.
Birds do it, cows do it...
You get the idea.

Whatever happend to Louie (the guy with the bladder problem) in the east Village? He left his mark. More than once.

DUDE... that is some nasty SHIAT, though...

IMO, there should be laws about dumping waste like that. Can you even imagine?

Cajun,
You and I are in total agreement on that. There should be laws.
You might not know this but I'll tell you something about me. I've served for years (not currently) as the "Planning Board chairman" of the little town in the Catskills, where NY City gets a big part of their drinking water from.
This little town is upsteam from one of their best reservoirs, the Cannonsville.
When the NYC Watershed imposed their regulations to amend our local regs, we had a problem.
I politely requested that that they take their "intake" down stream from their "discharge", as we do....same "standards".
Needless to say, it was a "David vs Goliath" story. Still is.
If you ever get a chance to visit Manhatten, go to Battery Park and have a look at what's going into the Atlantic Ocean thanks to their "sewage treatment" solution.
'Nuf said.
Yup! There certainly should be laws.

DTS

Agreed, DTS. I will say this, though... having sewage dumped all over me is definitely not on top of my list of "experiences I wish to have." Although it stinks (no pun intended) to have sewage dumped in the Atlantic, it'd be worse to have it dumped all over me and my family. LOL

OK with that.
Having it dumped on ya is easier to clean off of ya than drinkin' it.
Think about it.
