Can't imagine they sell a baby they laid in the stall with at birth unless it's a huge fig. I would think the reserve is ridiculous, but I am always wrong

Assuming she vets well and has a good conformation, she'd have a high reserve even if they'd barely set eyes on her. I don't think they're gonna get too out of bounds on what they'd need to part with her. When anybody overdoes it on the reserves, it tends to piss people off. Keep her if you want to keep her. I still remember the shenanigans with Azeri and a young Take Control. Then when he finally has to sell her, there's deflated demand and the Japanese recognize it and jump in there and get her.

Side note, how on top of it is Will Take Charge? Has a half-brother to Justify out there, and La Verdad's 2yo half brother is also one of his as is her baby half-brother. Must've been pleased with what they got because they went back to him.
