Stuck at home

Anybody else going to be stuck at home in front of the TV and computer for the races? Would like to have somebody to talk to, celebrate with or commiserate with.

Stuck at home - gladly

With two young children and the fact that i travel a lot for business i am glad to be stuck at home watching Breeders Cup on TV and the computer.

Really excited to hear Trevor call the races. Being from Northern Cal and getting to Del Mar most summers i really like him the best.

How does one get to chat with one another? I have missed that whole part of the Board's discussion.

Have a great day everyone. It should be fun.

PSH:)

i'll be here at home tomorrow for all the races...like another 'super bowl' for me. and of course i'll be checking in here after each race to chat with everyone else watching on their 'boob tube'.

I will be here also and hoping to have company.

As other tentative plans all fell through, I'll be "stuck" watching and wagering from home.

Looking forward to the in-between race chats with you other folks in similar situations.

That's what I meant by 'chat', not a chat room, which I don't know how to accesss.

ninetoone 11-03-2006 09:21 PM

if you have a yahoo id and download yahoo messenger, there is a chat going on right now if you are interested...

ArlJim78 11-03-2006 09:23 PM

Went last time it was in Louisville. But had pneumonia earlier this fall and with my asthma, I'm not recovering my strength as fast as I would like. Don't want to wear myself out too much at this point. Always had this stupid delicate health; don't like to bore people about it.

I'll be around...in and out of the house since the damn horses don't take holidays...day's like this I would KILL for a 9-5 M-F office job. Pretty sure there will be some others as well that haven't responded. Good racing luck to everyone!:)
