If ever an association needed a full housecleaning this is it. These guys are doing a poor job. Maybe they’re trying to figure out how to take more public land at Saratoga and sell it for profit.

The others are appointed by the NY Gaming Commission (Steve Lewandowski) and The Jockey Club (Jim Edwards).
