Twinspires in Texas?

I figured since there is track in Texas the app would work. Does anyone have a work around?

In Texas, it is only legal to wager on horse racing at an affiliated race track...if you are physically in Texas, the app may be tracking your location...good luck

Thank you. The app requires location on as well. Probably saving some money.
