Manhattan OTB

I'll be in Manhattan this weekend, looks like all OTBs/restaurants/bars with OTBs are closed.

Is this really true, no place in Manhattan to place a bet?

Unfortunately correct. Since the self-inflicted implosion of NYC OTB Corp., there are no brick/mortar betting sites in the boroughs.

NYRA has a legal right to open a limited number of venues and continues to look at filling the void, but it hasn't been a priority.
