100% definite?
Not shocking, obviously.

I wonder what the purpose of throwing his name into the hat was to begin with? Only thing I can think of is to get his name in the minds of breeders since im sure he'll be standing in 07???

Can not see thwe turf coming up firm on Sat.

they may call it "firm" but it'll certainly have some give to it.

BOS isnt scratching. I spoke with Ramsey last night and he said he is going. In fact, BOS looks awesome on the back side. I have never seen this horse look so good. Now he could scratch if Ramsey was blowing smoke.

Well I talked to BOS and he's working good but told me he's doing so to trick Ramsey into thinking he'll run a big one Saturday. Now don't tell anyone I told you this but BOS is unhappy because his oats are coming up short. He confronted Ken about it a few days ago and was told to "GFY. You'll eat what you get and that's that!"

I'm definitely tossing him out all of my plays.

The thing is, he's as good as any of the horses running when he's right, which sadly is almost never.
Ramsey blowing smoke? HA!

I have never known Ramsey to blow smoke--ha ha. I

Hasn't Ramsey already paid a good chunk of change for the pre-entry and entry fees? Why would they scratch now? I'm pretty sure Ramsey isn't in position to be throwing money around for pre-entries like the Sheikhs have the money to do. I could understand if there is an injury but if he's healthy I could not see them scratching him.

U really think so? Maybe if it was on dirt but I'm not so sure about on the grass. Of course, he's only tried it once and he won but he was allowed to set extremely slow fractions and run away on the lead that day. They went 49 2/5, 1:14 that day and he was in front by two around the track. I'd have to at least consider him because I know he can go faster and still hang on but it is going to be harder to beat these than it was to beat Dynever, Contante, Limehouse, and Second of June (the place and show horses in his last two wins).

He's definately a good place bet! In 6 US starts, he's finished 1st or 2nd in five of those races, the other one he finished 4th and lost by a neck!! (it was also a race he was taken about 10 wide on the turn for home in a Mile race)

Should get a decent price on that too. ($5-$6 to place?)

yeah, it's a great picture, so of course, I know the answers. --except for who the riders were, I'd have to look that up.

The most amazing fact being that it was a handicap.
