IT s a major loop hole that needs to be Fixed, like the article stated, I don't think anyone cares.

Yet we have delusional people here that will babble on about thoroughbred racing come back to Hialeah....

I watched it the other day. Hialeah was one of the most special places I've ever been. It's actually still there if you use your imagination. It's overgrown and dilapidated. They are running 2 horse races at about 100 yards. I think they were lead ponies they were racing. Actually was a farce. Sad.
