Can't wager on Eatontown thru Xpressbet

Message says wagering is closed for this race. I was told there was a problem w/the tote. What does that mean? (Embarrassed to ask).

Just checked with MTH. Should reopen in a few minutes.. The tote system was having trouble accepting the field portion off the program listing.
