May be the best performance by any race horse in history, arguably but that was simply AMAZING!!! Always the question of who did he beat. I think he's beaten the best horses on dirt that the world has to offer. US comes in 1-2-3, again. I want to see the splits, with a very bad start, like War Chant's stretch run in the Breeders Cup 2001, I think.

Arrogate is not an animal like we say Usin Bolt isn't human. From dead last to first is one thing, but look at the distance when he actually made his move...That's impossible.

Last split at 26 3/5 but then Smith was quoted as saying he geared Arrogate down. He looked as if he could have gone around again and still won in grand fashion. My heart was literally pounding watching him just gobble up the ground and win. He's other-worldly.

Agree with Ruffian, what a super fantastic race for Mind Your Biscuits. I love that boy.
