Help with Race Conditions
 

I need some help here. I am no expert and I thought I understood race conditions but this one confuses me. Below are the conditions for the last race at Monmouth if I read correctly you could not have won 2 races to be eligible with no other types of races excluded. So how could the # 7 horse Freedom for D L T have 4 would and be eligible. He won a maiden claimer 3 back and then in its last race won a N2L.

The restriction for never won two races is for 4 year olds and older only. There is no restriction as to how many races 3 year olds have won. Freedom for DLT is a 3 year old.

key word in the condition is "or"
