Xpressbet "Video Maxed-out" Issue
 
Anyone else have this experience? We have had the account for a couple of years w/ no issues. Recently, my video maxes out more and more frequently and I have to wager before I can place a bet. I'm sure there's something about the hours of video you get hidden in the user agreement that no one reads. I'm just wondering why this is happening more frequently. I am not watching video any more or any less than I have in the past.

Have never had that issue, but must admit I play my Oaklawn Anywhere account more than Xpressbet, but there have been times that I couldn't get the video on Oaklawn Anywhere that I was able to on Xpressbet. Not sure why that was, but I think it was from one of the Stronach tracks. To me it's a good reason to have more than one account.

Thanks for responding. I suppose I should look at opening other accounts, but sort of squeamish about having all that personal info "out there."

They certainly don't make it easy to be a frequent player/fan.

I suppose there's a silver lining. The fewer races I see, the less I play :D
