winter meets(wagering)

well my personal fav and my best wagering meet of the entire year returns this year in the fairgrounds with fat purses! so which meet will garner most of your wagering attention this winter and why?

always was FG and of course Aqueduct.
I have no idea what to expect from Fairgrounds now though as far as condition book and trainers that will keep a full barn there.
I hope it returns as it left, but i doubt it.

I love the Fairgrounds. I look forward to the meet. I love the outside horses there.

Gulfstream/Tampa mostly and I will play some of the FG turf races, I tend to stay away from the dirt races unless I have a good feel of the field from past Arlington experiences. I will also play Oaklawn a little, but not alot, depends on the field...

yeah,
its got a long stretch that mostly plays fair and a turf course that is equally fair to speed or closers.

I love FG, I just hope it returns with decent purses and field sizes.

Man.. How am I supposed to cut back on gambling this winter when FG is open?

Ugh.

YOU'RE NOT!

somebody has to win on every race, it might as well be you.

The last couple of years before the flood the turf was mostly green painted dirt. Most all of the early turf races came of the turf because of the sad shape of the turf. Hope the turf course has bounced back with the inactivity there.

I am so glad Fair Grounds is back. It's always been one of the tracks that I 'get', unlike a certain Ontario track near Etobicoke that shall remain nameless.
