How much will the rain impact remainder of card?

Although the brief but heavy shower that hit just prior to the first race is not likely to impact the turf races, the main track will be listed as "sloppy" by Equibase beginning with race three which is the first of six dirt races scheduled on the card including the Florida Derby. Assuming no more rain the remainder of the afternoon, the sun is presently shining again, the main track will have six hours to dry out prior to the big event.

Griff now a mid-card SCR from the Sir Shackleton (10th)..

If you get a chance boss , how about a little paddock report for the derby and pan am ? I'll even send you a mini Moni as tribute
