Baeza Indictment

What happened?

I recall reading that Baeza and Scalfani (sp?) got indicted for 200+ counts of fraud but can't recall hearing what happened with the case.

It is a State case filed in Saratoga County. Their records are not online so a trip to the clerk's office is necessary but my guess is it's still pending. Maybe Gander or Oracle know someone at the county building that could help or have a traffic ticket etc. they have to go for. LOL
