Regular and Fast or Gentle and Slow?

I just went to do some laundry and had to adjust the setting on the washing machine. I'm not very esoteric(that would be an understatement of gigantic proportions) but it inspired me to start this thread in the spirit of the fine My Miss Storm Cat threads that appear here.
So which do you folks prefer? Regular and Fast or Gentle and Slow? Or do you like to do a load both ways?

paisjpq 10-18-2006 06:05 PM

really depends on if the load is hot and wet.

haha wow this is so going to go downhill fast:)

I gotta say......

Since I've been married (5 years this December 18th), laundry to me has evolved into something quite special. I would have to describe it from perhaps the point of view of an immigrant landing at the Statue of Liberty. A FOREIGN CONCEPT! See now, doesn't that sound very special guys! LOL

I like to wash the "load (oh ****)" whichever way works best for the type of "clothing (um man)" and anyway that I can "wash (ah ride)" it depending upon the mood that I'm in...SHOCKER:D

I'd be happy for any kind of load right now! It's been way too long, dammit! :D

Suffolk Shippers 10-18-2006 08:58 PM

Just do her on the top of the dryer and do your loads that way!

I'll expect that I'll try a lot of new things now that I'm actually single and am looking for a good time and a lot of fun:D

This topic is kinda similar to the one I started call "Your style and approach" lol

But with that being said- I like to treat my laundry like basketball: I like to shot my load in the washer. And then when it's done, I like to shot my load in the dryer too. So that way I try different positions.

But you know I usually do all my laundry at once, so to get it done in an efficient manner, I do it regualr and fast. I mean I'm tryin to pound it as fast and as hard as possible to finish as quick as possible.

But the thing that slows me down, is when I pouring in the liquid detergent, I like to get every last drop in the wash. So like I'm stroking the base of the cup, the tip, I jerk it up and down to get it all out of there, because otherwise it just goes to waste. I want the washer to swallow it all up.

Closed circuit to Conjugator- you might win in more ways than one on Florida Derby day lol. I might have to teach you the proper way to do the spin cycle.
