I was unable to access https://www.nyrarewards.com until 5:45pm.
I have the NYRA app on my phone and was able to place wagers through my phone. I also have accounts with Twinspires and Xpressbet and had no problems placing wagers online.

It is like clockwork on a big day. Clearly they have not been able to figure out how to handle big days. I just got shut out of the Big A 5th.

Thankfully, they did me a favor, but getting late bets in today is not likely.
