Also noticed in Md. they just ok'd a ruling to be able to void a claim upto 1 hr. after a race if the horse was vanned off.

Started in CA more than 5 years ago. It's a great concept that has been very well received. Gives outfits the chance to bring a horse back in a winnable spot to help offset the expenses involved with an extended layoff.
