Does toga operate under the same clear bag policy as Belmont for grandstand area?

Was that only for the Belmont Stakes? I've never heard of a clear bag policy at Saratoga.

just made my second journey to saratoga last week. beautiful track and a wonderful time. going to make it a yearly destination,.

love broadway at night too....
