33 years later? Any precidence for this?

I find the ruling absurd. I have heard of.murder charges years after.the fact...but 33 years?! If that is the motivation, wanting charges against hinkley, I think itll be.tough...especially considering that brady was 73 when he died. That's the life.expectancy for a man

Sounds like somebody's mad that he was found not guilty by reason of insanity on the assault charges 33 years ago and wants to try him for murder.

On a related note, I feel old.

This may set a good precedence, especially for families of veterans who returned with injuries similar and in some instances identical to Brady's, seeking death benefits.

That would be tax dollars at work!

Pay our seniors and veterans first!

Then pay the tired, poor, huddled masses and wretched refuse.

If there's money left over (yea right) then comes the illegals, UN, foreign aid etc. etc.

Oh heck, forget about everyone and let's have another 'cash for clunkers' and giveaway loan to GM.

I see someone takes "sun's over that yard arm somewhere in the Empire" a little too seriously.

Meanwhile President 'someone' doesn't take our seniors and military needs serious enough. Although must admit he never went on record as 'loathing' the military like President 'someone else' did.

No worries, legalizing 12 million illegals will do wonders. Especially to African Americans seeking work.

Then again for some people as long as they don't interrupt Michael and Kelly and the first lady remains proud of her country, all is good.
