What horse ruined your weekend?
 

Somali Lemonade and Waco ruined my weekend at the Spa

Waco hurt bad, especially since I had chased him on turf a few times. I used 3 firsters in that race because I did not like the 5,6. Looking back I could have easily used Waco. I had JV in both races around that.
Fade to Black not getting put up hurt. I did not really even like her, but 2 people I respect touted her... I used her in the pick 3 that ended in that race. I had Big Trouble on a backup. I was live to her for $1 and not the Dutrow winner. It paid a little over $1100 to the Dutrow, I did not see willpays but Im guessing it was $3000-$3500 to Fade to Black.

Somali Lemonade mainly, but i could pretty much throw in all 21 winners between friday and Saturday. Spoke with Steve for a second after saturdays races ended. i told him that both friday and saturday were a grind for me. He said "remember, its a marathon, not a sprint". So i do have confidence that the hits will come. Not changing my strategy at all.

Blame Jim...had the other 3 in the pick 4......and since my name is Jim....what a freaken sickening result.......

Looked like he was getting passed turning for home....
A little bias may have carried him.
