California Rules Against ADW Player Pools
 

The Paulick Report is reporting that California has passed a ruling prohibiting ADWs from offering "player pooling" or collecting funds to participate in a much larger wager (like Pick-6 pooling). The Board found that this practice violates the bookmaking prohibition.
