Many of the attendance figures for Atlantic City are estimates however the first day handle figures were up given the increased number of simulcasting sites carrying the AC races.

If you want to experience horse racing and capture memories of what the sport was like during the 1970s, you simply have to plan to be on-track this coming Saturday or Sunday (expect attendances in excess of 10,000 on-track patrons). Atlantic City Race Course is a very special venue and is dearly loved by locals and those who travel (like me) to attend one or two dates on the race calendar.

Tried to play a few races there Thursday and gave up as there is little form to handicap with all the layoff horse and trainers and with no turf experience.

Carmouche horses are overbet due to last years stats. Looks like Ferrer is on some live ones on day 1 . Tread lightly my friends.;)

When AC used to race nights in the summer, it was a blast. we had a What a Summer filly down there with Freddy Parziale. Made a score first time out and she didn't even win, she ran second and paid huge to place. Even the shedrow was exiting down there. All kinds of colorful characters.

I certainly hope that you have been backing Ferrer after race 1 ($40.00 winner) and race 3 ($16.80 winner). (Certainly wish I had heeded your call!)

Nope, took the day off for more important stuff. Havenot seen results yet.

Like Eddie OLcyk says in the commercial, you have to bet every day cause you might be walking around lucky and not even know it.:D
