Instead of outlawing gun stores, Chicago outlawed abortion clinics? Would they ask for and be allowed a six month grace period to appeal?

Instead of deciding whether the city can appeal the ruling against the outlawing of gun stores the Judge should be deciding on an amount to be awarded to those whose civil rights were and are being violated. The class action would obviously exclude felons, those under 21 or otherwise not allowed to purchase a firearm.

Justice may no longer be blind but she's certainly politically correct.
