Plonk on with Seth Merrow and me this morning and I asked.. He thought you could order a print from the 'Issuu' people, but researching it shows that isn't the case. The publisher can order 'prints on demand'. I'll see if I can motivate him to get some made.

Commissioner opened at 60/1 at Wynn Las Vegas in September. He was one of very few below triple digits.
