Will Take Charge to Three Chimneys for 2015

@DRF Breeding: @Three_Chimneys has acquired 50% interest in leading championship contender Will Take Charge; will stand him following 2014 racing season. Owner Willis Horton retains the other 50% interest in Will Take Charge.

Here's to hoping that he doesn't come down with a case of a bruised whisker in March and the retire him due to the risk not being worth keeping him in training.

Pretty much what I was thinking too Pmay. More like a nondisplaced whisker.

Breeding season ends June right. I doubt he stands this coming year

Given how Take Charge Indy is going to stud in 2014, I wasn't shocked that they might want to have some separation between half-brothers, esp. because WTC is really growing into himself now. Sure it's WinStar vs. Three Chimneys I realize as well as AP Indy son vs Unbridled's Song son, but it's just increased competition for mares between two stallions with an identical female family. It wouldn't be the only factor, but I'd be surprised if nobody brought it up when thinking about when WTC should go to stud.

Sell part now to mitigate some risk, race in and hopefully win one or two of those million dollar races during the year, on to the BC Classic, then to the shed as one of the leading US money earners. Potentially HOY which I'm sure is the big aim and it's not like it's far fetched. TCI is gonna stand for $20,000. If his brother can get into a different stud fee bracket, that couldn't hurt.

Any chance they'd consider Dubai?
