Trakus-MPH
 

There was a race at CD last week where the horse "chiclets" included the MPH each horse was traveling instead of the horse odds. I've never seen it before, but it was an interesting addition. The next race they were back to showing the odds. Does anyone have any info on this?

There were some sporadic issues with the tote feed impacting the display. Showing the MPH was a temporary place filler until the issue was resolved. Trakus otherwise records all horse speeds, average speeds throughout running, peak speeds, and average speeds within segments as part of normal tracking.
