They serve three sandwiches that go by the names The Dago, the Polack and the Westie. I guess they were too stupid to get a proper derogatory term for Irish people.

their 1st amendment rights weren't violated. no one made them change their name.

Surely people can decide if they want to buy insensitive food stuffs

and saratoga can decide it doesn't want someone with an incendiary name on its property.

Upstate NY is NE for me.

In NE the water isn't toxic and you can actually get dry after a shower and not smell like sulfur . plus we don't have those awful Albany accents. They almost sound like they're from wis-CON-sin

stay on saratoga lake one summer....then you'll know what I mean. The locals bring their dogs to the bar with em. Even the dogs smell like sulfur.

I've lived in 6 different states (3 of them in NE) and my shower didn't smell of sulfur or really any different than anywhere else when I lived in Saratoga Springs. You might want to get out more.
