Gas War!
 
Past weekend paid 3.19/gal..not bad..
Weds a new cheap gas joint opened right next to the other cheap gas joint.
Opened at 2.97/gal...yeah...others followed suit..
Today at Shell it is 2.82:tro::$:
Haven't seen a gas war since early 60's..
Hope they keep fighting..:{>:

2.79 at Shell today still fighting..
Downtown the prices were normal..3.19 to 3.29..
Heard today that the land the new cheap joint built on is owned by guess who..WALMART....hmmmmmmmm...The richest company in the whole wide world..:$:

If defined by market capitalization (price per share times shares outstanding) WalMart is still behind both XOM and Apple.

I remember when Apple first took over XOM before falling back some MSNBC reporter said the State owned oil company in Saudi Arabia was worth 20 times more than Apple.
