Actually didn't have any $$ on his race at Woodbine today, but that was a clinic on how a jockey turns an easy winner into a botched abortion.

I didn't see the race but almost had a heart attack when I saw the title!

He's one of my favorite horses in training (golfer loves him too :D ) but I've given up on him in terms of using him in the top spot and, for a moment, thought he'd won and had broken a track record or something.

Guess not!

Sorry to hear he got a crappy ride.

I saw the race, and he did get an awful trip, but fact of the matter is, Hollinger ALWAYS finds a way to lose. I wouldn't get too keyed up to bet him next time based on that and odds that will probably be as low as they were yesterday.

... and that's why we love him! :p

Shall I send you all his glorious two year old races again? A picture of the day he won the Sovereign Award? A life-size, card board cut out (oh wait that's gonna be your birthday present). :D
