Saying he saw an opposition to openness and transparency among some members that degenerated to personal attacks, long-time Breeders' Cup board member Satish Sanan resigned from his position Thursday, May 9.

Satish on ATR this morning explaining resignation and frustration with insular management at BC and in industry generally..

i could tell from the article that he's very frustrated, and it seems from what all he said that he has a right to be. i doubt this will do the organization one bit of good.
