The site formerly known -- insultingly -- as 'Clean Horse Racing.com' has been re-booted to the more palatable 'Horse Racing Reform.org'. Has a very edifying color-coded mapping of rules standards by racing jurisdictions. A step in a less egregious direction that can bring people together towards wider uniformity in the various areas of regulation. The first pass was preposterous.
