I'm the host for Xpressbet 'Beat the Host' this week, so I thought it would be fun to give DT players a chance at the same format here as well!


How it works:

•Mythical $2 Win wager on one horse in each of the eight mandatory contest races.
•Your goal is to exceed my cumulative mutuel total.
•Entries close at post time of first race (Est. 3:05pm ET).
•Will adjust for early SCR's, but late SCR of my selection results in a 'null' event.
•Special prizes for Top 3 finishers; Prizes for all that 'Beat the Host'.

By the way, for anyone playing this contest for real at Xpressbet, do not put in all of your picks in advance like this. All you need to do to "beat" the host is get ahead of him at any point and then play the rest of the races using his picks so you have to finish in front.

This contest Steve is having here is much more of a real handicapping challenge.
