Horse racing on Futurama

This episode was on the other night while I was at the gym...

Part of it, anyway...

You go to a gym?

Yes.

It's a 24-7-365 chain gym.

This chain (Snap Fitness) has 8 locations in and around Erie and it's only $24.99 a month and my first 3 months were free.

I'm normally the only person there when I go at 3AM. They also have a tanning bed, which I never use...because I want to cement my status as the Italian with the whitest and most glow in the dark colored skin around.

I used to go a hole in the wall type local gym that my grandpa built. It was actually a supermarket when he built it a LONG time ago. One of the posters here (Ogygian) would also go there and he'd talk my ear off about racing while I worked out.

Good one.

Loved the indirect reference to the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle: "You changed the result by measuring it!"

I belong to SNAP also, nice little place. The one by my house is not very busy, so you pretty much have your own gym at your fingertips when you are there. I like the 24 hour availability also. It is a great gym.
