Award-Winning NBC News Foreign Correspondent Richard Engel Missing in Syria Since Last Thursday

This is bad news. I hope he is ok.

Bad news, hope he surfaces soon unharmed...missing a week not a good sign..Engel and Bob Woodruff of ABC are a few correspondents that have spent a lot of time in Iraq in harm's way..Woodruff you might remember was almost killed in 06 by an IED in Iraq, he was named to replace Peter Jennings a month before his injury..He appears now and then on ABC specials...

Have never understood how that lady Arwa Damon and Ben Weideman stay out of trouble. They are always in the most horrible places. They both speak arabic, I think, which may be of some help.
