If they catch the person that did this, I hope he gets 20 years. Unfortunately, I'm sure the punishment will not be nearly harsh enough. The penalties for cruelty to animals are non that severe.

What an incredibly upsetting video- they weren't kidding about graphic content. I can't believe how gentle and relaxed the horse looks in it- they have such ability to forgive. I hope he ends up somewhere awesome.
