Provide the quote where you say Obama asks for a salary for First Ladies. The only thing out there is him joking that First Ladies don't make money. He never asked for a salary for First Ladies.

Mostly in other countries!

But then again her husband spent $2 billion smashing junk cars and gave another couple billion to a country who is now free to clamp down on any progress made by women, non-muslims and gays in the last hundred years.
