Better Talk Now Running in 10 Minutes

I just noticed that there is a $300,000 race at Woodbine that is going off in 10 minutes. Beter Talk Now is the 9-5 favorite right now.

He still has it. Very impressive. He did what Cacique and EC couldnt do on Arl Million Day...close in on soft fractions. That was a nice stretch run and nice to see the Graham Motion charge back in the winners circle.

Do you think this win will induce Motion to run him in the B.C. Turf again? He might just be a lil too outmatched, but if he gets some faster fractions, he could be a monster. If I remember correctly in the Arlington Million Better Talk Now didn't close on soft fractions in the Arl Million either.

Wow tim, were we watching the same race. He's simply slower than he used to be. Always wearing wraps on the turf and they were coming back to him at the end. He beat nothing and he won't have a prayer if he runs in the Turf.

Of course he will run him. Why wouldn't he? You can't say he doesn't belong. He's won the race before.

He closed in on very soft splits and beat a Woodbine loving Jambalya. I was impressed. Better to win races than have excuses.

Along with a fast pace he needs somesthing other than firm footing. Kinda odd being such a deep closer.

Atleast he won and is on his way to AUS!:D to represent the USA:D

I think Better Talk Now should represent America in the next Ryder Cup. Couldnt possibly hurt any, could it? LOL!

I watched the race this morning great 3 horse photo. It was really interesting to see the numbers move along the bottom of the screen, at the wire the 3 nos. semmed to piled on top each other.

After the race Motion said they wre going to sit down and talk; which race would be next, the International at Woodbine on Oct.22nd for 2 million or the BC will take a lot of thought he said before they make a discision.

It was also said the turf was yeilding and there had been talk of scratching Jambalya right up 1pm.
