Is he on suspension starting tommorow? I see his assistant named as the trainer in his lone entry tommorow and no entrants on Wednesday.

If he is, he won the last race on a 16-1 (off of less than 7 days rest) today and his other horse breaks down in the same race off of a claim from Ron Ellis.
