While accepting the Democrat Presidential nomination in 2008 Obama said, "If you don't any have fresh ideas, then you use stale tactics to scare voters. If you don't have a record to run on, then you paint your opponent as someone people should run from. You make a big election about small things."

Who know at the time but he was giving us a preview of how he was going to run his 2012 campaign.

Well...what is Romney running on? Where is anything? It's easy to find attack points against your opponents...most of us do that in our professions every day. But if I initiate a call with a new client, customer, factory, country, trainer...whatever ( ie citizen) strictly by demeaning and criticizing his current supplier, customer PRESIDENT...I won't get far. and you're right. i praised a competitor to a potential customer-yeah, i got the customer. doesn't always work that way-but i know i'm immediately turned off if the best thing someone else can say is how bad the other guy is. and i know i'm not the only one that feels that way. but unlike in business, negative campaigning works in politics.

Unlike you, I have spent many years here talking about why I feel the way I do and you can go back before the last election and see that. I don't have to prove anything about why I vote or feel the way I do. That's one reason someone like Pointman, who I have never met or I really have anything in common with politically, will respect what I write...most of the time. But you aren't for Romney...you just hate Liberals and bring NOTHING to this conversation about what you DO believe in. That's why I simply asked you to explain what Romney believes in and will offer this country without just taking the easy way out, which is lambasting President Obama.
