after two days and only two races as a sample, I'll have to pay more attention to this track. nice mutuals on standout horses (to me)

Making the game look easy, Arletta books the $219.40 trifecta. :tro:

This was a bit of a toughy for me at 5:30 this morning.. I think if one were to do a straight Tri and win, then perhaps it would look easy.

I figured with the 4 being the closest speed to the rail,(plus being unbeaten) he would gun it and get a easier lead than the 8, even though on paper, the 8 was the quicker of the two. The 8 seemed the type to need the lead in order to win. As far as the 5, he was coming off a bit of a lengthy layoff, but looking at his past class, that maybe that could carry him to at least filling out the Tri.

As far as using the 6, he seemed to have his best numbers on the synthetic, so I put him in there as well.

Not that you asked for my reasons, but there they are. :)
