I am pleased to declare June 2, 2012

The best day of my life....

Went to emergency roon Tuesday morning with chest pains (Hey YOU, do the same if it happens to you - read on). This after two years of having a tight chest feeling a times even though I play tennis for hours, and I had been tested with 4 EKG's, two stress tests, echocariagram, and some other test for plaque. All said your fine.

After 6 hours and tests, the ER had the same conclusion....nothing here.

Then, the heart surgeon says we can try a heart cath, and that would tell for sure. So, I'm in, as at 57 I'm thinking this is all getting old since tests proved negative.

Well, a stint latter, and 80% blockage restored, I feel GREAT!

Always remeber to push your doctor for the best tests.

Have a great weekend.

I will.

By the way, no heart damage, and I'm cleared to go back to work next week which consist of three days at Turnberry Resort in Miami.

Yea, I'm happy!

Spyder out.................

Glad you are well, Scott.

P.S. Quit playing tennis. It's a p*ssy sport.

Glad you're okay mah brothah. :)

Glad you're feeling better. My wife had an 85% blockage in her RCA a few years back, and it presented with pain in her jaw, not chest. She has a stent and, like you, much improved.

By the way, I had played tennis twice the weekend before, and won both a mixed double, and a singles match.

Got to wonder how much better I'll be able to play at full power.

And by the way, tennis is not a pu**y sport. In fact, mixed doubles can be a whole lot of fun. You gonna walk away from this?

Nice recovery young fella..quick trip to the doc important..bout 5 years ago was cutting the grass and left leg started to ache, laid out on the sofa bout 1/2 hour and no ache...happened couple times after that and saw my local doc...He sent me to Duke and they found blockage in left leg...they placed a stent in left side of my groin and that fixed it..get checkups once a year.

How bout this one for a partner..

I give you Camila Giorgi of France. I watched her play here last year. We may get a new Beulah thread going here
